WSET Level 4 D3 Wines of the World; 9/9/2025-4/21/2026 : Pale lemon. Nose: med(+) aromas of ripe lemon verbena, grapefruit, green apple, blossom, wet stones, white pepper, petrol, and flint (from reduction under SO2, a Weil signature). Palate: off-dry, med(+) acid, med alcohol, med body, med(+) flavor intensity, which is a bit more petrol- and bruised apple-focused than on the nose, slight hints of residual CO2, med(+) finish ending with pleasant tension between slight sweetness and tartness.
