Daedalus Cellars Riesling Maresh Vineyard

A pre-birthday visit to some new places in the Willamette Valley : Very nice, typical Riesling aromas, even expressing some slight petrol note. The palate is soft in texture, light in fruit, but unctuous, with very slight tart acids. Very coating finish, with a metallic tinge. Nice on the nose but this really doesn't follow through to keep the interest up.
