Deep dark violet-purple. Black plum on the nose. Notes of black plum and black raspberry dominate. Very tasty, quite deep, delicious overall.

Dark garnet color. Parmesan cheese rind, cool ranch Doritos, and loads of umami with a distant air of burnt match on the nose. Notes of mixed red and black berries with Parmigiana Reggiano and lots of umami and a black raspberry finish. Delicious.
