Raisins growing out of his arms. Really raw winemaking I am being told 2020 co-ferment. Weirdly super interesting on the nose. Watermelon joly rancher on the nose and bubbly fish on the palate. Really hard edged on the back of the palate.

Un vin léger, une aromatique autour des petits fruits rouges, quelques notes fumées à l’aération. Et surtout une grosse acidité qui certes donne de la fraîcheur mais surtout décale le vin vis à vis des attentes qu’on pourrait avoir d’un rouge. À l’aveugle on pourrait partir sur un blanc je pense. Avec une raclette ça passe très bien, mais je dois avouer que je ne suis pas vraiment emballé.
