Initialy a bit deluted, watery, short; I'll give it some air, and we'll see. After a couple of hours it awakens, som delicate chalky fruit is showing, well mad and enjoyable wine. #cellarinventory

Drank at Picotin Restaurant with hearty bœuf bourguignon. A slight inky red. Colour and rim looks advance for its age. Charming oak and cedar nose backed with spicy red fruits. Clean. Touch of wintergreen, which is nice. Bitter tart entry. Light bodied but grates the tongue. Austere and upright on the palate. The acid is strong with this one. Fruits seem darker in the mouth with unfolding minerality. Firm and dryer than expected tannins for a Pinot Noir. Dusty finish …

Needs to breath for at least 90 minutes to open up. Nose is rich in fruit and minerals. On the palate, initially high tannins and acidity as well as red fruit. Developing to become more balanced and smooth. Nice minerals and hints of nutmeg. Medium length. Enjoyable but clearly below expectations.
