Rome, Florence, Bologna - Delayed 60th birthday trip; 10/19/2021-11/1/2021 (Rome, Florence, Bologna) : From the wine list at Roscioli Salumeria (Rome). Paired with Salumi, Buratta with white truffles and Bucatini Amatriciana. Not decanted per the recommendation of the sommelier.
