From what I can tell, low intervention low sulphur etc. extended lees contact (some 16 months) Dry cidery cheesy note rather evident, probably more on palate than nose. VA or Brett or oxidation? I’m never any good at knowing what this actually is Day 3: more at the level of a savoury/spicy/nutty note. Nicely seasons the apple fruit actually. Long finish. OK at discounted £10 from wineunpacked, not at full price
