Very elegant mature white Burgundy. Some of the acidity is a little flat here, but there are faded and dusty stone fruits, some nutty elements, and a very cinder toffee like finish. The front palate leaves a little bit to be desired, but there is complexity here and it goes to show that good Chardonnay can last quite a while. Definitely one to drink up.
