Absolutely wonderful. Never disappoints and it’s 15 years old.

In a weird place. Still has fruit and alcohol, and nice signs of age, but somehow it's lost an overall presentation, so it's both sweet and old. Maybe I wouldn't have liked it younger anyway.

interesting complex nose; great mouth feel; mixed red fruit, sous bois, clove, and earth. Interesting mix of mature ripe sweet fruit and earth/oak/mocha. The black tea/ slightly bitter cinnamony oak wins out as the fruit fades on the finish. Not a style i prefer, but it made me think instead of just gulp. BTW, i liked this slightly chilled before it warmed up (on a warm afternoon).

Another outstanding effort that is drinking remarkably well right now. Red cherry, raspberry, and pomegranate fruit up front with a slight effervescent mouth feel to it. Mid-palate of spice, earth, clove, cola, and caramel. Great long finish to it, well done.

Another taste from one of TLV's bottles. Aromas of ripe red fruit- cherry and raspberry- and warm spices. Flavors of cherry, clove and jammy red berry fruit with a subtle cola quality on the back end. Finishes with nice length. Very good in this style, one that I do not look for very often anymore. There's no doubt fans of this style will enjoy this much more than I. 90-91 pts.

New world big cherry with great fruit density; a bit of meat, fur, spice, funk and oak in a good way; just enuf acidity to carry it off. No spritz or heat. Easily able to tell this was a pinot and not a syrah, which is sometimes an issue with these wines. Not the kind of pinot i usu drink, but it worked with both the subtle fare on day one and the bigger meat on day 2.

Brought to an Easter brunch and forgot to record my impressions. I do remember it met my expectations of the other bottle I had drunk months ago.

PnP, wonderful nose of dark cherry, pomegranate, cola. The palate is very pleasant, with the nose carrying over completely and adding light baking spices. Many commented on the effervescence which is clearly noticeable and very interesting. A long finish caps off this very good new world pinot.

Took to dinner at Bruno's and Lena's home. Drank as good as ever. Kudos to Andrew for his consistency in making great pinots

spritzy- probably the best part. disjointed oaky creosote, rich cherry fruit.

No sign of spritz, this had plummy cherry spice notes with a hit of burgundy funk, good body and finish. We drank PnP into Reidel burgundy glasses and developed great in the glass

On unscrew and pour, this was spritzy. Right away or with air this was unbalanced with a weird mix of sweet fruit at times. Wonder if this bottle was off. 87-88 at best.

much better than my first bottle, although I only drank that one 8 months ago. good aroma that reminds you of a top pedigree pinot noir. had almost an effervescent quality to it. Good balance overall. I've had several Gary's Vineyard bottlings and I find them to be great pinots, if a bit overpriced based on the name?

this is a good bottle if you enjoy heavy fruit, dark color and totally new world style. If you prefer a terroir based Burgundy style pinot than this is a disaster. The "pinot ness" of this wine comes out but not until the finish.

Drank w Smitty/Issabell and Cheryl w dry packed scallops . New world for sure. Sweet cherry and berry palate. Excellent fruit with intense spice aromas after 1 hour decant. Everyone loved it, especially the changing spicy/perfumed aromatics. A new world Pinot but a very well done one if that is your style. Not sure 1 or 2 more years will do it any better (wont hurt) but for a new world pinot style this is very good now.

Massive New World Pinot Noir. Practically tingling out of the gate. Candied fruit, not too much subtlety. On the palate, and after some time in the glass, this did calm down a bit. It gained some structure. Red berries, blueberries and a nice touch of cola. Not bad all around, but patience may be required. This needs to mellow out.

Solid pinot, but too sweet for my tastes. Full throttle candied flavors - tasty, for sure - but a touch artificial due to the high residual sugar (?)

Nice fruit on the nose and tart cherry mid palate, but there was a sweet finish with candied notes.

An excellent pinot noir with concentrated fruit: cherry and raspberry with hint of spice, nicely balanced with great finish.
