During drinking the bottle... I understood that I do not really like it... much much much too acidic 🥺 The usual salmon bright clear color, a little too orange for me🥺 Light body. High acidit, much too much acidity... not what a cool Rose wine should be 🥺 Amazingly aromatic, tropical, citrus, desert terroir... you can smell... the spring 👏🥂 Same on the palate: kiwi, pineapple, lemon, lime, apple, pear, melon, apricot, honey, leather, stone...
