Cave de Cleebourg Crémant d'Alsace Symphonie en "P" de Clérotstein

Made from a trio of grapes: pinot noir, pinot gris, and pinot blanc. The final result is an effervescent blend of floral and citrus aromas combined with flavors of minerals, lemon peel, and toasty biscuits. The acidity is abundant and keeps flavors dancing around in your mouth for a lengthy finish. Labeled as “brut” but still carries a little sweetness.
