Just drank bottle number 5 (of 9). Still ridiculous. Still in that perfect drinking plateau. Still not cool enough to take to a non-blind wine dinner but that’s ok I’ll just keep drinking these.

320 bottles produced. The best dry Mosel wine I've had, and that's considering Keller, J. Haart, Karthauserhof, you name it. Blind it smoked a 2016 Keller Morstein unanimously. The minerality is like taffy, you just have to chew through layers of slate. And once you do the wine explodes with passionfruit, lemon and white currant. Powerful but vivid, angular and tart, built for another 25 years, easy.
