Light yellow, bit of green to it. Smells like lime, green apple, wet rocks, and flinty minerality. Medium body, acid, and finish, steely on the palate, with flavors of lime, green apple, pear, and minerals. Drinking as aperitif, but would work well with oysters, shellfish, salads, and lighter fare.
