Eisenstone Shiraz (Bottega Coco) : Ooh, the first reductive wine of the night. Savoury, concentrated but slightly muted, dark hued fruits, plums; blackberry, opens with time. Juicy tends to medium pus intensity acidity, grippy, drying, tight and slightly savoury woody tannins, a touch of red fruit underpin freshens the black hued fruit. Powerful but yum.
