Nivarius Nivarius

Brought it to Imperial Treasure Super Peking Duck @ Paragon for lunch with my best friend from the University days and one of her best mate. Pale yellow in colour with white flora notes and hints of yellow flowers. After breathing, notes of chrysanthemum, osmanthus, dried figs and weak structure. Easy to drink but hard to impress. Malvasia is not a common grape varietal in Singapore's wine scene. Will be hard to identify food to pair with this wine.
