Thin and underflavoured, tastes even slightly unripe (although it can't be in the great 2009 vintage). With this producer, I would always trade up to the Spätlese trocken (which I find satisfying and flavoursome with underspiced German style food, if a little monolithic and unyielding in some vintages). 85P
