Good acidity. Minerality less than a Chablis, but still detectable. Good pairing with spicy seafood.

On the nose this has minerality and aroma of gardenia that is more subtle than wines from Chablis. On the palate, the wine has a nice combination of acidity, viscous texture, and crispness without being heavy or creamy. The wine imparts a balance of green apple, citrus, light honey, salinity and minerality (mixture of stones and limestone) that is well balanced. Serve at 45-48 degrees. This was a refreshing wine with a nice QPR. Should hold up for 4-5 years.

A very nice white. Not too sweet and not too tart, right in the middle. I don't know if that is a good or bad thing, as sweet and/or tart wines can be quite nice. This had a very nice peachy flavor to it. Perfectly enjoyable without being fantastic.
