Very rare and collectable ( The price says it all!) . Convalmore is another of these ‘ghost distilleries’ and since its closure in 1985, there have been only four official releases from this distillery. This was one of the final bottlings, distilled in 1984. Aged in ex-bourbon casks for 32 years and released in 2017 in tiny amounts this is probably the last of the releases unless by the miracle of discovery more are found. A bit steep at 1000£ …

from a closed distillery, not the most powerful on the nose, vanilla, cakey notes Creamy texture, some spice, apples, apple pie Some length, not particularly intense This is very nice though £1200 a bottle!?!
