Winter BYO with a lutefisk pause!; 12/16/2023-12/17/2023 (D O Lien) : Opens with an oxidative touch that dissipates with aeration. The nose is rounded and harmonious, featuring citrus, singed oak, pine trees, freshly cleaned wooden floors, and popcorn. The palate is robust and concentrated, delivering a lingering experience. The flavor profile highlights clementine, baked lemon, and roasted nuts.

Served blind, this wine offered almost everything I Iook for in a white wine. Cotton candy, iodine, green apples dominated in this mineral fruit bomb. Extremely well balanced, great acidity and a never -ending finish. One of the few wines I couldn’t spit during this tasting. Has tremendous upside potential. Will hold until 2030 and beyond. Bravo!
