Kahurangi Blanc de Blancs

Elegant both on the nose and the palate. Tones of pineapple, yellow apple, biscuit and jasmine come into focus. Needs a lot more strength to push itself into anything more than "a good wine". Missing out on the acidity and creaminess you'd expect from a Champagne method wine. Would rather pay a bit more and drink the real thing.
