Skærsøgaard Sweet Blue

Nose: Sweet pineapple with a bit of vanilla and other exotic fruits. Loads of elderflower! The taste is also packed with elderflower but also lemon, orange and a little mandarin. Unfortunately lack some structure and seems to fall apart in the mouth. Lacks acidity and the alcohol overpowers it a bit. After some time in the glass there is some caramel/toffee notes. Generally a nice dessert wine but nothing spectacular.
