Bottle was a gift from work colleague, Thanksgiving Day gave us an excuse to open with Isobel and Jeroen. Served well chilled Medium gold/straw color. Nose is crisp brioche, citrus and wet stones. Palate of lemon, green apple, toasted bread, oyster shell. Crisp and precise, medium weight and finish... TN #3000...:) Really nice wine on this day, in a good spot and still drinking young. Should have some time left if wanting to cellar

Love this lean, clean, bone dry style. Very …

Super good. This is not too dry and is flavorful with essences of fruit and some toasted bread. Drank alongside a Gimmonet Special Club which was drier and had a chalky essence. Lasalle was much better.

Very nice. Good starter. Vinous like a good white burgundy.

Light greenish-yellow color, fine bead; nose has light-moderate intensity with slight green apple, clean with only very slight yeastiness; palate is medium bodied with superb tart green apple through to the finish, excellent fresh tingly acidity without being biting, slight salinity; finish is medium length with continued tart green apple flavor with slight brioche. Overall a cleaner lighter style of champagne, still very young, enjoyable, palate>>nose for now, and with potential for future development, though unless it develops a bit …
