Castello di Neive Langhe Arneis Passito

Medium yellow golden colored. Nice nose with sweet peach, orange zest and sweet apricot. On the palate the sweet notes are dominant too, apricot, some citrus, soft honey and vanilla notes. Medium bodied with a medium acidity. Medium complexity. Good structure but it doesn’t feel perfectly balanced. It’s missing some more acidity and freshness in my opinion.
