Medium lemon colour. Medium nose with gooseberry, green apples, peach, ripe lemon, beeswax, oil and herbs. Medium taste of gooseberry, green apples, peach, apricot, lemon, honey, beeswax and green herbs. Long and dry finish. Medium (+) acidity. Medium body. A good and fruity Bordeaux Blanc. Goes well with fish or shellfish.
