Cuvée la Cornasse Chardonnay Bourgogne Blanc

Finishing on day two this has held up well, drink this a bit warmer because when it’s too cold it is more apple and pear and somewhat disjointed, at its best this shows more ripe peach, white flowers, a nice floral and aromatic mineral component, the somewhat buttery malo notes come through on finish giving this better richness.
