Opened one hour in advance. Aroma of honeyed stone fruit. Clean flavors of white fruit and minerals up front, with a sweet/bitter caramel finish on the back end. Firm backbone, unusual (especially for white burgundy) and distinctive, some complexity, great staying power. If you're looking for a typical expression of Burgundy go elsewhere, but if you're looking for a Burgundy that stretches the limits but still stays true to its roots, look no further.

Consistent with previous note. Not bad, but too ripe and oaky. Was better with food, wouldn’t buy again.

Lots of apples, some honey, flowers, and melon on the nose. Citrus, orchard fruit, and bitter orange notes on the palate. Medium acidity. Good finish. I agree this is maybe a bit too ripe, but I enjoyed it nonetheless.

Warm and honeyed nose which follows through on the palate, ripe and rich style, certainly off dry and lacks a bit of balance. Not my style.
