Mouligneaux Gourdain Champagne Grand Cru

I’m gonna be strict here: it’s good, maybe even very good but it lacks layers. The nose is overwhelmingly brioche and toast without much fruit behind it or further development towards more savoury notes. It’s also a little too sweet. Still, it went great with the meal and I’d be very happy to have it again. Smells of brioche and toast. Maybe very distant Worcestershire sauce and sea breeze but you have to look for them.
