Cabot Vineyards Cabernet Franc Marier Vineyard

A bit strange - no bell pepper but not all that fruity. Nice structure, medium body, good acidity, and nice savoury qualities. Kept a bit less than half the bottle corked up on the counter for a couple days and while the wine wasn't bad by any stretch it seemed a bit oxidized.
