Appearance: clear, medium, ruby Nose: clean, medium intensity, nutty, savoury, meaty, sour cherry, mushroom, dark plum, jamminess, violet, toast, medicinal. It's developing. Palate: dry, high acidity, medium tannins, medium alcohol, medium body, medium flavour intensity (a little below expectation), more fruity, plummy on the palate than nose. The finish is medium. Overall, the wine is good. Drink now, not suitable for further ageing.

sour cherry, weird profile of cured meats, rotting cherry fruit that I'm not a fan of. Black, savoury. Interesting though
