First Gerin wine for me, so I may be missing soemthing here- drank over two days, 3hr slow ox. Pours a medium garnet in the glass. Pronounced, developing aromas of barnyard, brett, dried blackberries, plums, red apples, & cranberres, fresh red apple juice and cider vinegar, clove and black pepper spice, crushed rock, and nail polish. In the mouth, the wine is dry, med body, med alcohol, med tannin (earthy), high acid, intense in the mouth with a med finish. …
