Fermented spontaneously. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. 14% alcohol. Youthful, very subtly hazy whitish-green color. The nose feels fragrant, characterful and subtly spicy with aromas of red apples, some almost Champagne-like leesy tones, a little bit of white peach, light green nuances of birch leaves and a crunchy hint of green currants.
