A very nice and very, very mineral Riesling from the Saar. Aromas of white grapefruit, ripe apple, lemon, floral tones. The taste has flavours of lemon, white grapefruit, fresh pineapple heart, touch of unripe banana, lots of iron, wet metal, flintstone. Good finish, high acidity. 12% - €? @ The Tray, Helsinki
