Nouvel arrivage. Me semble plus foncé et extrait que la dernière bouteille. Encore bcp de cerises. Les vins bios... Bcp de variation entre les bouteilles j'imagine.... Satisfaisant.

Nez sur la cerise. En bouche, petits fruits acidulés. Belle longueur. C'est simple et rafraichissant. Un beau bio, clair, très frais et fruité. Moi qui ne suis pas très fan des bios qui ont souvent un côté cidreux ou animal, celui-ci me plait.

Light ruby red colour. Red berries, pepper and leather on the nose. Taste of red berries, herbs and flowers with a hint of pepper. Ok length. Reminds me of a Beaujolais Nouveau. Good with lean fish, pork or poultry.

Intentionally brett, barnyardy, but not quite band-aid. Tart and lighter than a typical Syrah on the palate, but that might be stylistic. Clean. Short finish with sour aftertaste. Interesting but not outstanding.
