Most commendable with chrysanthemum wrapped with lychee encased with fresh honey. Just wow

Spicy floral bouquet (literally) on the nose. A touch of rose water; full rich and viscous, great balance, really showing very well for the age, enough acidity to keep it fresh.

A bit too sweet for my palate. Mango, lychee. Rich and bold.

On the nose, it's all about lychee and pineapple. On the palate, it tastes of the syrup that comes with canned peach/pineapple/lychee. It's sweet but not cloying, saved by the acidity. It's a easy crowd pleaser.

I love Schlumberger wines and in most vintages this is a winner. Has taken on a bit of colour in the last 12 months. The 2016 is at its most open at present but having seen how the 2015 has begun to fall quickly I don't think one would want to hold on for another 6+ months. Great richness and well balanced acidity, it has an impressive length yet always under control.

The nose is all lychee syrup and pineapple. On the palate there’s some more energy with maybe M acid (more than other similarly priced Gewurztraminer I’ve had recently) and some lively spice like fresh ginger or maybe cardamom. Off dry though of course the flavor profile makes it come across sweeter than it actually is. We had this with glazed tofu in holiday ham style (with cloves and garlic et al), on a bed of ginger coconut rice, with a …

A little lemon up front, pithy Satsuma, peach. Dry & creamy, lean. Quite viscous from the fridge. Nice

With Indian takeaway. Excellent with tandoori. Well made wine, on the drier end of scale for Gewurz.

Eve of CNY 2020 Reunion dinner steamboat: Candied orange, dried apricots, dried pineapples, lychee, slight menthol herbal jelly tertiaries on the finish. Long candied eucalyptus finish with a tinge of bitterness. Quite complex and went well with dinner tonight. Dense and vibrant.

As always, fragrant, fruity, elegant. Ripe honeyed apple, lychee, apricot, lemon. Sweeter version Viognier. 91~92/100.

Beautifully balanced. More refreshing than some Gewurztraminer, due to a little more acidity I think, yet retains the spicy tropical fruit nature. Very good with a spicy, yet slightly sweet chicken curry.

Vinosity 2019: Enjoyed this as the sweetness was just right. Nice complex bitter finish. 91

Understated nose for Gewurz. Touch of honey and marmalade; very rich palate - not enough balancing acidity. What would you drink this with?

I'll keep on saying how wickedly good this wine is. Supremely elegant and utterly scrumptious. See my previous tasting notes!

Very aromatic. Roses, lychee and some sweet spice. A lovely oily texture, with medium acidity and medium alcohol. A hint of bitterness but very rich and unctuous. Solid Gewürztraminer with great balance.

My passion for this is undimmed - as per previous note. Peachy, opulent, floral, super-viscous, dense, sweet and generous. An absolute gem of a wine. Wonderful.

Speechless. Just speechless at this crystalline exotic perfumed creamy voluptuous oleaginous beauty. An outstanding wine of great poise, power and intensity. Utterly delicious!

Bright golden colour, nice and promising nose. Beautifully balanced between dry and demi-sec, not too far in the extremes. Slightly thick mouthfeel, very clean and fresh, expresses nicely the character of Gt without being too extreme. Very nice.

Smooth, polished with just the right level of docility. Versatile, a lovely aperitif or desert accompaniment.
