Made 10 quarts of roasted tomato sauce, had a bit extra beyond my jars so I tried it on rigatoni, this wine was good but the intensity of the roasted tomato flavor made this a bit simple. On the other hand it was a good dinner with red wine, and that is what this wine aims for. No complaints. Enjoy.

Tart and juicy, clean with a moderate body, a nice everyday wine. Really nice with food and the acidity becomes complexity.

A lovely table wine, so satisfying, lighter but solid. No barrel, all concrete. Had it with a sausage based soup, perfect.

This is a light red with fairly high acidity an low tannins. It has a red berry nose with a hint of blackberry on the finish. It opened up nicely with softer notes of cherry and cedar after an hour or so. Not bad for a modestly priced screw-top Italian red.
