Clearly grassy more than floral. Some detected cat pee, most did not. As the Somm noted, a better match for the delicate zucchini dish than a white Burgundy. Mature for my taste. Moderately complex, decent acidity but far from compelling.

Sour and fruity on the nose. Long palate, with first a sour taste with citrus and afterwards a full taste with even a greasy and juicy aftertaste. Very complex wine.

Wine Spectator newbies; 10/18/2018-10/20/2018 (Marriott Marquis) : I don't have much experience with these wines, but this was clearly something very good. Lots of minerals and a freshness and some grass and yet a bit more elegant than I expected. The SB seemed to dominate a bit more. Overall very tasty and interesting.

Lively, bright, sweet, just squeezed, yellow citrus fruits, with searing acidity, the wine makes me think of fresh grapefruit juice drizzled over rocks in the hot sun.

With 66% Sauvignon Blanc and 34% Semillon, the wine explodes with grapefruit, honeysuckle, honeyed lemon rind, nut, floral and mineral elements in the perfume. In the mouth, the wine is dense, balanced, long and sweet with a finish that carries through from start to finish. Obscenely expensive, but if you have the money, this is a tremendous wine. 97-98 Pts

2013 editon of En Primeur - Kelly and Kevin’s excellent adventure; 3/26/2014-4/1/2014 (Mostly in Bordeaux and a night in Paris) : For me a step up from the LMHB blanc, more layers and more complete. Pear, peach, white flowers, honey, lanoline and wet stone. Excellent concentration, just perfect amount of acidity and lovely long finish. Very pure, precise and also complex.
