An excellent example of a wine that needs to breathe. At first, it’s not the most pleasant olfactory experience – bright lemon, sure, but also plastic, copper, and chlorine. But that fades and is replaced with a classic petrol nose, peach, pineapple, crème brulee, and graham cracker. And that viscous mouthfeel sells it, with the density of a nice lemon tart.
