Medium lemon colour. Light nose with green apples, lemon, wet stone and yoghurt. Taste of green apples, lemon, nuts and yoghurt. Long and dry finish. Medium acidity and body. Pronounced flavour. A very good Chablis 1er Cru. Goes well with fish or shellfish.
