Even better this time than last. Beautiful color. Dark fruit with lots of blueberry, dusty baking spices decent length on the finish. Has smooth well balanced tannins that may allow this to age for a few more years.

Lots of people (or a few, at least) claim Rhone-style, and very few deliver anything better than ripe, jammy, somewhat generic wine. Andrew Rich is a protege of Randall Graham and it certainly shows in this truly Rhone-styled wine. Aromas of garrigue, earthy spice, cracked pepper, black fruits and violet. Juicy berry flavors are countered by a mountain of earthy garrigue flavors, violet and lavender. Easy drinking but not without verve and grip. Also much cheaper than Bonny Doon.

Dark fruit profile--black cherries, blackberry lead the way with sweet tannins and spice at the end. Nice value.

Black cherries, dark fruit a hint of pepper and great mouth feel with the tannins. Let it open for at least 30 minutes.

Price smart simple pleasure. Excellent mouth feel, dark cherries and a little spice. May I have another glass?

Blueberry, loam and floral on the nose. Palate mimics the aromatics with addition of baking spices, depth and acidity. Great table wine, indeed.

High on the delicious factor. Dusty cheery on the nose. Taste is dark cherry with oak presence. Nice balance, sweet tannins, just a bit too hot and not really complex. Delicious.

Tried at winery. Bit of a pepper monkey. Big spice but nice dark fruit finish. Syrah/Grenache/mourvedre/cournaise blend. Would make good food wine. Decent value.
