Frizzante Rosso di Emilia. 11% ABV, Lambrusco Grasparossa, with second fermentation in bottle (metodo ancestrale / petnat). Black cherry, raspberry, plum, barnyardy brett, earth and some volatility one the nose. The dry palate adds some apple, pear, yeasty notes as well as tart, sprightly acidity as well slight acetic acids. Some tannins and long bretty, yeasty finish.
