Matthiasson Olive Oil

Rich golden color with slight olive green tinge, good viscosity. Nose subtly grassy. Palate slight peppery bite at first, very clean/fresh tasting, good herbal complexity with nice olive flavor, pleasing richness of body, an almost mineral note on finish. Very nice, definitely a finishing/dipping oil to my taste, good on salad as well. Not sure about the QPR however, $35 list for 500mL.
