Fin standard cremant

Green apple, little bit of yeast. Well balanced, but not much depth and there is definitely better mousse/perlage elsewhere.

Color : Hay / straw . Nose : Apple , citrus . Taste : Green apples, lemon and sweet pastry / yeast . Bubbles are frothy and creamy. No bitterness. Crisp , smooth and delicious .well balanced! Had this with pork rinds and "Troll". The wine complemented the snacks better than the movie did :p

Noter af brændt abrikos i næsen, let smør. Marcipan og ristet rugbrød på ganen. Behagelig eftersmag med noter af citrus.

Below expectation for a cremant. Lacked depth and acidity.

Great value sparkling! Amazing flavor for a brut zero. The aromas were intense, lots of lemon, apple, and even some yeasty brioche. Lots of small bubbles.

Aroma: lemon, yeast/fresh baked bread, hint of fresh herbs Medium-bodied with very good acidity. Nice balance. Good length. Nice CdB, good value (Norway).

En flaske drukket til sushi. Meget god sammen med Sushi, litt for enkel og søt uten mat.

Very pale straw in colour. Lemon, grapefruit, biscuit and honey on the nose. Lemon and green apple on the palate. Light bodied and very crisp. Medium short finish of minerality and lemons.
