Showing its age a little, and seems riper than the 2017. A bit dulled on the nose and not as texturally interesting as the 2017

Tangy fruit, wild grass (shitty cow pat turn for M), red apple and red cherry, underbrush - some dried and some damp, very subtle attractive onion-like reduction. Medium bodied, light, savoury, cranberry - acidic and drying, very underripe green peach, M gets ash tray, nice drying tannins, very slightly lactic (sour cream) finish. Very savoury style, nice.

12.5% - Clear, med to deep ruby / clean, med intensity - juicy red cherries, wild raspberry, new leather, some vegetal - green bellpepper which dissipates after a while / dry, med+ acidity, med body, med- intensity, med length, very austere the first night, but when revisited two days later, it opened up with nice floral notes and spicy notes.
