Det blir ikke mye bedre enn dette for meg, 15-åring som har kraft og mildhet som bare god moden sjampis kan vise. Herlig vin og super produsent.

Raspberry mousse, strawberry, redcurrant. Good balance of power and fineness. Modest acidity. Good value for such a rare and delicious bubbles. Some background of this wine: This is one of Eric Rodez's prestige collection of Champagnes "Empreinte de Terroir". He only makes this wine in the best vintages. 100% Pinot noir, vinified entirely in oak barrels, no malolactic fermentation and no filtration. Very low dosage (3 gram). Degorgement Dec 2015.

Still improving. Selosse smokiness on the nose with lemon and gooseberry. But the best is in the mouth. Complex and rounded with purpose and linearity. No nasty acidic surprises just a very well made champagne. In its prime drinking window now and next couple of years.

Fine bubbles, but too much toasty oak for my taste.

Light yellow color. Lots of bubbles - medium size. First taste around 8 degrees. Too cold as it did not smell much except slightly oak smell and taste was acidic. Next taste around 11-12 degrees. Yeasty smell like dough. Strong and powerful taste. Hints of gooseberry and black currant. Lacking in broad complexity. Good aperitif. Didn't work with sushi.
