Sealed with a standard driven cork, pale-yellow colour, smells of quince and a little bit of mirabelle, medium body, has a little bit of residual sugar, so not completely dry, has a little bit of acidity, in the mouth quince and mirabelle, in the aftertaste quince and a little bit of acidity, good length (15 sec), not bad for a co-op, could have more acidity, though.
