A bit more depth in this bottle versus the previous one. Intense smoky nose with dark fruit hidden behind. Texture is on the light side compared to other Triacca that I recall. The palate has very crisp nebbiolo fruit along with a good hit of tannin very early in the flavor profile. Clearly not at the ethereal level of some La Gatta from 10-15 years earlier, but still a lovely drink.
