Union Sacre Dry Riesling

Smells like PVC pipe to me. A little bit prettier than all that.

Has the wax and plastic smell of Riesling. And apparently super exposed to the cold side of Santa Barbara.

Pale yellow. Warmer climate Riesling nose, meaning an emphasis on fruit over minerality and terroir. Terrific acidity for a California Riesling that should keep it together for a while. Way too young to appropriately evaluate. While currently lacking the complexity of German and Alsatian dry Rieslings, it will definitely improve with a year or two in the bottle.
