Quality, partially integrated oak on the bouquet that imparts sous-bois elements, along with pepper, violets, currant, and meatiness. Syrah shows at the front and Cabernet Sauvignon provides excellent structure and grip at the back and on the pleasantly chewy finish. Excellent QPR! 90-91.

The wine is deep red with purple shadings. It is a rich and complex wine with deep and elegant aromas of very ripe grapes wich evoke a touch of spice and black fuit. On the palate it shows a peppery terroir which is encased in very fine tannins with great finesse and elegance. It has flaovrs of very ripe black fuits and a lingering finish. Serve with grilled meats, tapas, pizza and full flavored cheese.
