Now fully ripe, the Schweizer comes with a bouquet of underbrush, some mushrooms and truffles as well as Kirsch liquor. Still balanced with melted tannins. I would drink it up over the next few years.

Plenty of ripe and subtle fruit flavours, mildly sweet fruit as well, nice choco earthy herb touch as well, good strength, good length, still totally young, to me a very typical Franz Haas Pinot
