Light golden colour, it blooms brioche, almond and apple on the nose (red ones). Great depth and warm ageing notes for its age. Incredible value for money, if the minerality was more pronounced this would be difficult to separate from a champagne.

Blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, 12.5% vol. Starts with strong effervescent. On the nose mainly fresh apples, yeasty notes and a suggestion of hazelnut, on the palate medium to high acidity, not overly dry, slightly creamy, good depth and long finish. Again a great achievement with a superb price to quality relation. No reason to wait any longer, drink now or within the next 4 to 6 years.
